Introduction

LCS-50-FD Automatic ultra-light and fine powder valve packaging machine combines screw compression conveying and negative pressure gas-powder separation together which are only researched and developed by our company (Patent No. ZL201120051645.X). This machine applies to the valve bag quantitative packaging of all the powder materials whose S.G. is higher than 0.1T/m3 and grain size is higher than 2μm. With screw compression conveying, it can also separate the powder from gas to meet the density of materials, which save about 30%-70packaging volume, compared with manually packaging, as well as avoiding dust pollution, improving the packing speed and saving the cost of delivering and storing. Meanwhile, this machine uses less space with lower energy-consuming and has no pollution with faster packaging speed, which is the unique domestic design of automatic ultra-light and fine powder valve bag packaging machine.

This machine applies to the following ones:carbon black, white carbon black, nano calcium carbonate, kaolin, alta mud, talcum powder, gypsum powder, paint and other industries.
